Mindpeak and Revolune Announce Commercial Co-Selling Partnership to Deliver End-to-End Spatial Biology Solutions

September 21, 2026

Partnership combines Mindpeak’s PhenoScout™ AI image analysis with Revolune’s multiplex IF kits to streamline the path from tissue staining to spatial discovery.

Hamburg, Germany - September 21, 2026 - Mindpeak, a leader in clinical-grade artificial intelligence for digital pathology, and Revolune, an innovator in accessible multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) technologies, today announced a commercial co-selling partnership to offer an integrated workflow combining multiplex tissue staining with AI-powered image analysis.

Under the agreement, Mindpeak’s PhenoScout™ AI platform will be offered directly alongside Revolune’s multiplex reagent kits, providing researchers with an integrated path from tissue staining to spatial insights.

From Multiplex Staining to Spatial Insights

Multiplex immunofluorescence is transforming the way researchers characterize the tumor immune microenvironment, evaluate antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and identify translational biomarkers. As spatial biology continues to advance, researchers need workflows that make it easier to generate, interpret, and act on multiplex data with confidence.

The Revolune–Mindpeak partnership brings these capabilities together in one streamlined workflow:

Flexible Multiplex Staining:
Revolune enables laboratories to move quickly from validated primary antibodies to ready-to-use 4- to 7-plex kits without complex assay development.

Turnkey AI Analysis:
PhenoScout AI by Mindpeak automates cell detection, tumor/stroma segmentation, phenotyping, and spatial neighborhood metrics in minutes, eliminating the need for bioinformatics pipelines or manual thresholding.

“Multiplex immunofluorescence shouldn’t become complicated at the analysis step,” said Adrian Arechiga, CCO of Revolune. “Revolune removes the complexity of generating high-quality mIF data. By co-selling Mindpeak’s PhenoScout AI, we provide an integrated workflow that takes researchers from antibody staining to quantitative spatial data in minutes, enabling cohort-scale studies without bioinformatics backlogs.”

“Mindpeak was founded to bring precision, reproducibility, and automation to cellular pathology,” said Felix Faber, CEO of Mindpeak. “PhenoScout delivers turnkey spatial analysis out of the box using pre-trained foundation models. Partnering with Revolune creates an ideal synergy, pairing validated staining chemistry directly with fast, reproducible AI analysis.”

Evaluate the Integrated Workflow

To mark the launch, researchers purchasing qualifying Revolune multiplex IF kits will receive promotional PhenoScout AI analysis credits.

The introductory offer gives translational research teams and CROs the opportunity to evaluate the complete stain-to-insight workflow on their own tissue samples before transitioning to flexible annual subscription packages.

Mindpeak Earns IVDR Certification, Reinforcing Its Commitment to Quality and Regulatory Excellence

Certification under the EU's In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation validates Mindpeak's quality management system, confirming it meets the EU's most rigorous standard for cancer-related diagnostic devices -  a milestone for the Hamburg-based AI diagnostics company as it deepens partnerships across Europe.

HAMBURG, Germany – SEPTEMBER 11, 2026 – Mindpeak, a leading developer of AI-powered software for digital pathology, today announced it has achieved certification under the EU In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation (IVDR). The certification, issued following rigorous assessment by BSI, a leading EU Notified Body, confirms that Mindpeak's quality management system meets the EU's most demanding regulatory standard for diagnostic software.

Setting a New Standard for AI-Powered Diagnostics

IVDR is widely regarded as one of the most demanding regulatory frameworks in the medical device world, requiring manufacturers to demonstrate robust, auditable quality processes across the full device lifecycle — from design and development through manufacturing, distribution, and post-market surveillance. Achieving this certification places Mindpeak's organizational infrastructure on the same regulatory footing required of every IVD device placed on the EU market.

"Achieving IVDR certification is a defining milestone for Mindpeak - it's proof that our technology doesn't just perform in the lab, it meets the same standard that governs every diagnostic device used in patient care across Europe. This is the foundation we'll build the next phase of our platform on." said Felix Faber, CEO and Founder of Mindpeak.

Built for Scale, Built for Trust

Mindpeak's certified quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 13485 and IVDR Annex IX, as confirmed by BSI Group - a reflection of the standards Mindpeak holds itself to as it builds AI diagnostics for high-stakes clinical use. This milestone reflects the maturity of Mindpeak's regulatory infrastructure as it continues to expand its footprint with laboratories and diagnostic partners across Europe.

By meeting IVDR requirements, Mindpeak reinforces its commitment to delivering AI-powered pathology tools that pathologists and laboratories can trust for high-stakes clinical decision-making - further solidifying the company's position at the forefront of AI-driven precision diagnostics.
